Hi

New to the site so I apologise if I'm asking a silly question.

My daughter has just bought a 59 plate 500 Pop. We can pair her iPhone via Bluetooth, that's not a problem.

However I can't get her music to play via the USB socket.

The system just doesn't acknowledge that there is anything plugged in. If I scroll to "media player" and try to select, the system just says "no media player".

I thought it could be the actual USB socket worn, so I swapped that with another known working one and it made no difference.

I've tried resetting the system by using the reset option in the radio menu and also by disconnecting the battery. Neither worked.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem and managed to resolve it?

Any help would be appreciated.
