I have a 2014 Punto Evo and the Bluetooth has stopped working and the mileage is flashing.

Have read on here that it is probably the Blue & Me ECU that's faulty.

The part number of my ECU is Magneti Marelli 067851926903

Can I use a Magneti Marelli 067851953535, that I got from the same model & year of Punto?
