So I have downloaded and installed the Blue and Me version 10 update to my 2014 Fiat Punto.
After a couple Error 10 issues, i got it to install by using a different USB stick and it's now on 10 (As far as I know)

However, the Voice system is now only in Italian meaning it doesn't recognize or speak English anymore.
The English patch that I found on the Blue and Me site (Only via Google), either gives me USB Error 10 or USB Error 20 depending on which USB stick I use.

I don't know if this is because the download page I found doesn't support V10 yet? Looking at the Install file it's looking for a system with either version 5.3 or 6.0. Can't seem to find an English patch on their site anywhere.

Anyone else had this issue at all and has been able to sort it?

I've spent the best part of a day trying to get our late 2010 Fiat 500 back into English and TomTom working again. It appears that the Blue&Me Web site is incorrectly detecting models and language (my Italian isn't that great!)

After searching a lot of common posts across multiple forums I've found that it is possible to download the correct file manually. Having downloaded the correct version 10 files and installed them, the car is finally speaking English again and Tom Tom pairing as it should.

This is the UK version 10 file with the TomTom Live support: http://www.blueandme.net/resources/...016/Aggiornamento_BlueMeTomTom_15_10_UK_A.zip

To find other versions you can search this file for your model and type and then look for the download address:

http://www.blueandme.net/blueandme/Default.aspx?brand=fga&lang=en&page=support\download

As an aside, I had to try 3 different USB sticks before I found one that did not produce the USB error:10 message.
