Almost every time when i start my car it defaults to the Media player. if i was listening to the radio or even CD the last time i was in the car. And when i press FM to return to the radio it then goes back to the media player again i have to wait a few seconds then i can press FM and it will stays.

is it just me?

Mine's the other way round. If I was listening to the media player through a USB stick, the next time I start up, it switches back to the radio. I can't get it to remember what it was playing and start from there again, I have to go through all the menus to get the album back.

Very annoying, especially when she then starts the 'building media library' again so I have to pull the stick out and start again.

Vickie17, I get the same problem that you do. I'm sure that this is configurable, somewhere, but just can't find it yet.

I'll report back once I've found it.

My grande punto does the same. Tried switching autoplay off but makes no difference at all. Mine also comes on with a massive difference in volume between media and radio.
Have tried all the various settings like external media volume etc but no joy. I give up :-(

My Bravo does the same, but as I use the media player 90+% of the time it's not an issue for me
