Fix "No English", USB Error 10, Config Error

May be jumping the gun here, but I've had this problem for a few days, and no Blue&Me for a few weeks, but I've finally fixed it. Follow the problem here https://www.fiatforum.com/blue-me/230378-blue-me-not-working-all.html

I've searched the forums/google high and low but couldnt find any way to fix it until I tried something different myself, so thought I'd share with everyone, it may come in useful.

My Blue&Me buttons and USB ports were dead, took it into garage for a proxy reset, that got the USB ports and buttons working, but kept saying "No english".

Tried to re-install Blue&Me 5.4 about 10 times off 2 USB sticks, kept getting "USB Error 10" then after 2 attempts "Config Error"

I was ready to go back to the garage, but I tried just re-installing the language pack tonight and not the full Blue&Me 5.4 (after all, it was only saying "No English"

Done, problem sorted, I downloaded the english pack from the link below and it works fine now. It didnt seem to take the first time, no error messages or anything, it just went back to the CD Track number, but after the second attempt it works fine and she's back

Bit of a thread resurrection but just wanted to say that this worked a treat. My 500 went in for some warranty work today and they updated B&M but forgot to put the language pack on. Followed your instructions and all was well once more. We'll see if B&M is still as rubbish as usual after the update

Old thread but didn't want to start a new one.

Can some one help me im getting the 'No English' show up when I push either the phone button or windows button and can't seem to update it. I am thinking I dont have the right files on the USB stick (attached Pic 1)

When I put the usb in the light is flashing to say it has power and that but it just keeps saying no english am i doing something wrong or am i not being persistant enough lol

I have had it working before but I dont know what happend

I have seen a couple of other threads on the no english and also relating to a usb error or something, but thought this one related to my situation.

Im sure i downloaded the right files and stuff

Any help would be great lol

having the exact same problem with my Fiat Grande, now trying to just install the language file, but cant seem to find it anywhere on the site thats been linked. can anyone show me where specifically it is on the site? thanks.

So how did you manage to fix the problem? I still get the "NO ENGLISH" error.

I tried to directly unzip the files in the flash disk but no success.
