Hi guys, I was wondering if any one could help with the following problem?

My Blue & Me (Bravo Sport) was working fine till recently, it worked with my phone and a memory stick I had in the USB.

Now the controls seem to have stopped working and the nice lady no longer speaks to me.

To clarify the USB still works but I can't skip tracks, the windows button seems to have stopped working.

It seems to me that it I may have switched off (I hope) by accident, I hope life is that simple.

Can anyone offer quick fix solutions?

Can I just add the only thing that seems to be broken is the Microsoft button! Help..........

Got any water into the buttons maybe?

Try a hard-reset of B&M (Other electronic systems too) by removing the battery -VE clamp for about half an hour.

PS The clamp is quite evil and can nip you. Also you'll need to reset the clock too when you get the battery connected again.
