Have just paired my new Blackberry phone with car ,and had no problems all contacts transfered etc.Makes call and receives but no one can hear me....:bang:

Think the mic is faulty - can these be purchased via Fiat, more to the point are they expensive anyone got any idea ????

Have tried resetting the system but still the same, the Mic is the only thing left to check.

Any help much appreciated - otherwise another trip to the dealer:cry:.

1st off, which car do you have? Is it still in warranty? If so your best bet is to try fixing it under warranty before pulling money out of your wallet.

I have a Grande Sporting 1.9 Diesel.....2006 just done 23,000 miles. As you can see its out of warranty.

Is there not any easy test for the Mic or will it again be an expensive repair by the dealer. (n)(n)

Well i think its time to part ex this car :):).It has been nothing but problems from day one.My love of Fiats is slowly dying ....Customer service at Fiat UK is a joke.

No Voice Recognition - says no english

Hi, I bought today Lancia Ypsilon, yes a bit different car, but I was hoping you can help with Blue and me function.

When I push the Menu button or voice button it just says no english.
No settings come. No voice. Not a beep.

:(

You need to download the English language pack, place it on a formatted USB stick and place in the car. Look at the Blue&Me site and it's downloadable.

There's a guide on here too if you search, also.
