Just a quick question, does anyone know why albums are played in a random format on the media player rather than in the order of the album track listing.

When I downloaded my music via i tunes and put them on my USB drive all the songs are in album order.

Anyway that this can be cured?

I think it may depend on whether you have the tracks numbered on the stick, if not there is a possibility they play alphabetically.
Might be worth trying 'shuffle off' ?

Had a chance to look this weekend, when I drag and drop my albums from i tunes onto the stick they are all numbered in album sequence.

Does it matter if they're not put in folders?

I also went through the menu on media player settings and turned shuffle off but it is still not playing albums in track order.

It can be frustrating especially for dance complitations.

Try hitting the windows button, then either select folders or albums, click ok on the one you want to play.

I'm sure if you just plug and play it sorts all the tracks from every album alphabetically, well shuffled!
