Hi..I have been using my Blue & Me in my Bravo for a year now without any problems. Recentley switched phone companies and have a new phone. I can connect to B&M but cannot get it to import my phonebook. Have tried several times deleating all user data and re pairing. Pairing ok but just won't import my phonebook. Very frustrating. Any help would be most welcome. Cheers

For anyone else having this problem I have sorted it. I had tried importing the phonebook manually but the bluetooth kept disconnecting each time i tried. I took the handset away from the car and the went through the steps ( Settings, user date, add contacts) and it stayed connected. Brought the phone back to the car and then sent contacts manually to the car memory via Bluetooth. Hope this makes sense :slayer:

Some phones you manually have to send the contacts to the car. I have done it by selecting all my contacts on the phone (some phones its one at a time!) and sending them via BT to the Blue&Me device (ie car). Once its done the car has that version of the list any updates need to be sent over again.
