i've paired my phone with my blue and me system and my phonebook has been sent across....when i talk to the system and say my contact names it works fine...however, when some of my contact call me it only displays the number instead of the name?? this isnt all of my contacts, just some?

anyone know what the prob could be?

You do not say what phone it is, the problem may be if your phone is set to save contacts to both the phone and the sim(ie Sony Ericsson phones only show the name of your contacts if saved to the phone memory only when paired to the Blue&Me system)
