Does anybody know any UK address, or names of Fiat personnel, that I can contact to progress a fault that has been outstanding for almost 2.5 years!!!!?
My local dealer will not involve, or provide me with details of, the "zone manager" though they fully acknowledge that there is a problem(work done by them has proved ineffective).
The Fiat helpline(sic) tell me that the dealer should progress the problem!!!
My extended warranty will expire shortly and despite the fact this problem occurred when the car was 6 months old (4000 miles travelled) I still have a faulty vehicle (now covered 17000).
Sorry if I'm ranting on, but this is driving me insane.....my next stop will have to be the motoring press or TV in an attempt to shame Fiat into action.

Just Mention that a 'friendly motoring journolist' gave you these numbers.... When you try and contact Richard Gadaselli you'll be hard pushed to get past his PA... she's a good woman, and has a lot of clout with dealers. When she calls... things happen.

make sure you fax her all the details, as well as names of unhelpful people - but please be nice to her, she's on your/our side. If you get arsey with her you've got no hope - trust me I know.
