It's raining my wipers are broke and I can't get behind the black bit because of these star shape screws!!!!! anybody know how or what with I can get them out? It's a Fiat Tipo 1.4 if that helps.

Places like Halfords or motor factors sell the bits, some DIY shops too. Ford is a bugger for using them too, wherever a normal bolt would do!
