Ad inventory should be complete now - the navbar bits seem to be working well, and I assume everyone would be happier as less space is taken up now than before 
The last thing I'm looking at are Pop Unders. So called as they go under the current window, instead of on top (which would be a pop-up) - they appear only once every 24 hours, so once you've shut one, you won't get another one that day - but have the benefit of paying 10x the normal advert rate.
Not too sure about them yet, but they can be fine tuned (right down to the advertisers that display) - so will have a muck about again over the next week or so
