Bit of a strange one.

B starts fine with no problems.

However,

• There is no power going through to the stereo
• The back light comes on on the clock but there are no numbers on it
• Turning on the alarm (Clifford 650), the alarm sounds straight away

Anyone got any ideas?

Could be the usual Fiat Earthing problem, check the battery earth lead is properly connected to the body & take it from there. Although this would be the first earthing problem I have heard about on the barchetta.

Do all the other electrics work?

To clarify, all of the other electrics work perfectly!

Will try and track down the earth in the morning to check.

Thinking a little more about it, it sounds like something is shorting out somewhere:bang:

Think I have found an answer.

Fuse 10 - Clock supply, Radio supply and bonnet, boot and hood cover buzzer

maybe I've just owned Fiats for too long everytime there is a glitch in the panda it's ALWAYS the earth.

Anyway good luck in the search.
