Technical Turbocharged reliability

Not that I know of, it would take a bit of chopping though lol, surely for the cost a 16vt lump would be a better bet.

this german site have a b running tb's (in the special's bit),

Can anyone read this ? I cant get Google to work on it.

We think that on each car a set gasklephuizen can be placed. Also modern cars which to strict legal requirements with respect to the uitlaatemissies must function satisfy are able very well with several gasklephuizen. The supervision of the engine happened at our nearly always with DTA and in spite of that this a race management is, succeeds it us to satisfy to the strictest emissieeisen. With most set-ups are intensive straatgebruik and the annual APK absolutely no problem. Throttle bodies are not only for the circuit, but also give away on the public much file pleasure! These fiat Barchetta 1.8 16V are Dta-module provide with 4 individual gasklephuizen and are headed by. The engine is provide with a couple sharper nokkenassen and adjustable nokkenastandwiel. In spite of that really everything by means of the central computer work have nevertheless succeeded (for example electric windows and startblokkering) it do the supervision of the engine with a another engine management. The result in capacity has gone of standard 130 pk to 190 pk! The cross-belt has also considerably increased and the maximum toerental has gone to 8000 tpm. We are at this moment the only company that throttle bodies on Barchetta can install. Other tuningsbedrijven have been persuaded of it that it is not possible. 10 minutes ago I was going to play devil's advocate and ask why?? Why bother messing about with your B engine? We all own a nice Italian open topped sportscar that can be driven with gusto within the parameters that Fiat set out, why would we need anything else? Just enjoy the car as it is and if you want a screamer then go buy a screamer............then II saw the pics on that website............
No no dont do it:eek: In order to satisfy my lust for a bit more power, I am again on the lookout for a coupe, preferably a 20V turbo with a buggered engine as a winter project, to buy after I get back from Australia at the end of May. It's got to be yellow though:eek:

I'd love to hear that thing at full chat through a long tunnel, better than any dump valve.

I've got to say that this sounds a nice option, anyone contacted them about the price?

In a lot of ways the Barchetta is simmilar to the coupe why not go for something completely different....BMW 750 they are very cheap to buy, built like a brick sh*thouse (very solid) originally a £70,000 car that you can pick up for a couple of grand or the early 32's are in hundereds. 5lt V12 produces 300bhp just removing the limiters makes it a 180mph car a bit of tweeking gives 350bhp and a bolt on dinan supercharger gives 450bhp.

Just a thought :)

Sorry Alan, didnt mean to upset you matey:D
Never ever had the BMW bug but have always been an Audi fan, owning three of them:)

My other car is an Audi A4 2.5TDi and it's great, love it. Before that I had a BMW 320 Diesel and loved that too . . . :)
