if the spanish ITV station will object either by noise or lack of OEM documentation?

Hola, MOT (ITV in Spain) results depend largely on where it is done. Most likely when they hear the noise they will ask you for the documentation of new exhaut.

Legally, as it is not an OEM spare part, an "homologation" project (and related docuemntation) is needed. I do not know it that provider does such kind of projects.

Great thanks, I asked the seller if they had homologation documentation, no reply as of today, they claim that the noise level is legal, but who knows, the ITV stations seem to just get tighter and tighter as time goes by.
