Is that me ? bought a Barchetta from bargaincars spain . very poor service . no registration documents for 8 months. closed during process. live in the uk so can only sort when out on holiday. finally got documents. have been trying to organise ITV (MOT) hence buzzing up down Marbella (risky as can impound your car if pulled). Failed ITV on emissions - beware Spain do not like older cars on road. Also brakes
