Hello i bought a icar obd diagnosis tool and a cable from 3 pin to 16 pin to connect it to the car. But when i try to connect via the Torque app doesn't show up nothing. My barchetta is from 1997 can i connect it or not ?

The cars with a 3 pin diagnostic socket only work with a "dumb" KL interface also known as VAG-COM. These are not normally available as bluetooth. The "smart" ELM327 interfaces like your iCar don't work. Additionally Torque does not support the 3 pin interface. You need a Windows laptop, KL to USB interface and Multiecuscan www.multiecuscan.net for your B.
