Hi. The part no. is 60622817. There is one advertised on Ebay now but nearly fifty quid!

Pulling it sideways instead of straight out? Losing one's balance while pulling it out, or replacing it can cause this.
Sometimes the 'head' just comes off.
Most are a single piece of flat blade, but some have a blade insert into a 'spring' tube, and the ends can fall out of these.

If you've got both bits, might be able to make a new one, bit of old curtain wire perhaps.
