I have bought a Barchetta with the intention of taking it to France as a holiday car.

It currently has a KPH speedo but the odometer doesn't work

So as I see it there are three possible solutions.
1. My favoured solution, repair the odometer. Any help offered?
Or:
2. Replace it with a used or new KPH speedo.
Or:
3. The least desirable option, replace it with a used or new MPH speedo.

Does a Panda speedo swap straight over?
Does anyone have a speedo for sale?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

There's a fourth option, which is to leave it as is.

Do you really need to know how far you've travelled? Unless you're doing a very high mileage, just remember to service it every year, and you'll be fine.

Skipper, is it both sections of the odo not working? If the trip works but the total doesn't then as Gar74 suggests, keep a record of how many times it goes around the clock is simplest. If you want to change the dial check out what Henk has at barchettaparts.com

Hi, I had a similar problem and removed the instrument panel and carried out a clean up of the circuit board, also eased the odometer pin back in place. I followed the guide below:
