Found this remote on ebay,
will this work with my Barchetta without any receiver of any sorts?

Thought so.
Had hoped that fiat put a receiver inn all the Barchettas and not only the ones that came with a remote locking key.

What sort of kit do people use when they want remote locking doors then?

I fitted this one on my Barch. It was very easy and has worked fine for the 18 months I've had it.

Bumping this thread because I've just had the fuse box out in order to fit the link for the hard top and to swap the central locking relay for the one I bought from Barchetta parts, unfortunately the combination of pins is different to the relay on the fuse box at the driver's side. Am I looking in the wrong place?

My relay for the central locking is on the passenger side. Locate by operating your locks, you should hear the relay clicking.
