How expensive are the Barchettas to insure for a young person i.e Me whos 21 on Wednesday - HINT HINT!!

Tell me about it! I'm looking at getting one this October (once my house sales gone through!) I've only just turned 25 and even with 3 years no claims, stated car would be in a locked garage I'm still looking at circa £700 smackers...

I'll just have to stop buying DVD's, one thing I know I'm not buying an MGF or second hand MX5 I drive a Golf at the moment and its just a little on the dull side.

I am 28 and it costs me £387 fully comp with all bells and whistles. OK 6 yrs no claims helps.

Direct Line (Ceapest by far) just limit your millage helps.
1st Year if owning a B is the most expensive, group 16 LHD. after that it goes down quickly as long as you have made no claims.

My 1st year was £698, 2nd yr £480, 3rd £387.
