I just moved back to Norway after living 3 1/2 years in Brazil, and had my B parked in a barn in the meanwhile. I changed tires and recharged the battery and tried starting it when lo and behold I had a small leak in a fuel line in the engine area (see pic). Does anybody know the part number for that line? And as I might as well change the left one as well in case it's in similarish condition, I might just need the part number for that.

Any takers? (y)

Still looks to be in good condition even with such a long period without TLC. The steering wheel's mouldy, but other than that I can't see any other marks after the storage.

Yup - but I can't locate the part. The local Fiat dealer has problems locating it as well. Might have some new ones made instead; just need to remove these ones.

Well I've found the parts on ePER so the dealer should have no excuse for not doing so! (typical IMHO of many so called dealers).

I don't have your chassis info so plumped for the generic early Barchetta and came up with two P/Ns for the two hose & pipe assemblies.

In 2012 the feed fuel line/pipe (46734983 - HOSE ) was available at £90. The return pipe (46734982 - HOSE ) was out of production an no longer available.

Looking at your picture the leaking hose would appear to be the return hose.

I suggest you go back to your dealer (or another) and kick them till they definitively locate the part for your particular model/chassis number. Kick Fiat customer services as well if the dealer fails.

It may be that the parts supply position is better but probably actually worse than the 2012 info I have, but there is no excuse for a Fiat dealer with their Fiat UK parts technical support can not out perform humble dick head me in identifying the part and part number.

No wonder Fiat is going down the pan in customer & technical service!

Cheers. I've given up on getting new original parts as the Fiat dealer here seems to be a useless c**t; he didn't find the part at once and seems to have given up looking for it. I did end doing a temp bodge job just to get it MOT'ed and test it, but will have it fixed better than it is in the attached picture...

There are a number of companies that manufacture hoses - hydraulic, water, fuel, brakes etc. I dont think it will be too difficult to have one made but you would obviously have to remove yours first so that they could match the fittings. You could find someone breaking a car and either use the fuel line if it's good or use it to have a new one made! S

Regardless of final solution please put a direct complain into Fiat UK. Like I said there is no excuse *any* UK Fiat dealer with their available Fiat UK Parts Technical Support can not get the correct part number and supply availability and price information!!

If nobody personally kicks back 1) this dealer will never get to boot up their ****, 2) Fiat UK will never know about poor dealers and 3) customer support and faith can only decline

Ah, the thing regarding complaint to Fiat UK is that I live in Norway... :)

Robot, I went to start mine and the right (looking to the back of the car) leaked petrol, the wet one if I can load the photo's.

Did you ever source a replacement? If so, where?

Aha! You know, I honestly never thought about that. Goes to show how mechanically minded I am (or not).

Another job for the spring...
