Read on this forum that you can mod existing headlamps, no need to buy, I'm sure someone on here will advise.
Not much help to you presently, but when I was considering bringing a barchetta to France I had a link to (i believe) a German site with a blow by blow how to change existing lights over.But the HDD failed on my laptop so lost the link- however, all may not be lost, as I supplied it to a friend who has done the conversion on his P reg Barchetta here in France.i'll be seeing him Sunday so will ask if he still has the details.
Meanwhile, these links may help. The first is the thread on here re converting barchetta lights, the second from the french owners' club with pics, the third suggests that you may be able to avoid full removal of the front bumper.

Whatever, you need to access the interior of the unit,remove the thin metal "blind" and shift it to the other side.I think it's riveted into place. I believe you may have to disassemble the sealed unit then reseal/glue it
DTR offer to do the job for around £150 I believe.
I'll update if my mate still has the link.
It's the cheapest option to convert your UK lights. However, if you wish to buy continental lights, then Germany is the place, usually by far the cheapest.There are loads of options here:

I have taken my B to France I took the headlamps apart and changed the metal plate inside for use in France no problem, I am now back in the UK and have changed the plate back to UK spec, once you get the headlamps out of the car it is quite simple to do, total job around a couple of hours. I hope the above posts and mine help you.
