Technical Remote central locking!

Afraid the kit is unavailable new from Fiat, it hasn't been available since 2006 apparently! It is just a matter of being patient and waiting for one to come up for sale on ebay or on here etc.... or even go to a scrapyard and looking at old Fiat Bravo / Punto / Multipla etc. The kit just consists of the relay and matching fobs. There is no motors or wiring, as this is for cars like yours with central locking already installed.

Can anyone recommend a 'REMOTE LOCKING FOB & RELAY KIT' (or a mail-order supplier) that they have found to be reliable & of acceptable quality etc?

I have lost the (original & last) REMOTE key for my Barchetta......Doh!

So I am planning to buy (online, maybe Ebay or amazon) a kit with:
- 2 remote fobs
- 1 central locking remote relay (to replace the original relay)

There are many kits online, but it would be great to order one that another Barchetta owner has fitted, and which they can vouch for.

Many thanks in advance.

I would also like to have remote central locking, has anyone tried sets from ebay and could recommend one?

Hi all,
REviving this old post, as my central locking is on the blink, I found eBay item 301831059903. It looks like an Italian replacement for the elusive M20. I'm going to give it a shot...

Thanks for the tip "richit". I'm sure my car does not need a full set of motors since it has a central locking with the key.

Please post the comments on this Italian ebay item, if it works - I'll try it as well.

Hi Kulgrinda I got mine sent from a UK company. Not sure what you mean about Italian Ebay.. Can't find anything I said about it. Sorry! I just ordered from the same company their alarm unit that shuts the windows as well - very useful as I always find it a bit of faff (spoilt modern car owner..) to remember to keep the ignition on and shut them 'manually'. It was just £45.

Window closing is a good option :) I mainly look for the keyless remote locking since I only have one key, it would be a bad situation if it gets broken. Sorry for the unclear post - I was referring to the second comment from "johnny366" about item 301831059903 on ebay.

Hmm, well on closer inspection I spotted what Professorwho said. It looked liek M20/1 2 but was in fact M20/12. No use to use I'm afraid.

Hi, i´m a new Barchetta '96 owner. My B has central locking, only one key, and driver´s door lock is broken. Have to lock/unlock on pass side. Afraid it´s gonna fail soon too.

Ordered a universal Remote Control Keyless Entry System:
"gearbest DOT com/car-alarms-security/pp_263305"

Trying to figure out where/what wires to connect the univ remote to the B's central locking system's lock signal and unlock signal.

I tried looking at the service manual posted here on the forum but a lot of the pdfs are broken...
Thanks so much for anyone´s help!
