I live in southern spain and have just driven 100 miles to get to a garage that finally had the kit to test the airbag ecu.Unfortunately the reading said faulty unit,so I was quoted 850 euros for a new one.Does anyone know where I can get it repaired prob.U.K.and how easy is it to get out.

Specify your car's manufacture date when you order, as there is two different versions. 225e. I bought one used, and its been working fine for 2,5 yrs now.

is still complete with ALL wires attached to it. I have pics if you want

Hi,The Airbag ECU i,ve got is part no.46443798 its a 1997 Bis yours the same,how much and how difficult is it to change without setting off the airbags (2)

Disconnect battery. wait 10 minutes and then it's just a matter of loosening 2 bolts and 1 connector.

Do you have passenger airbag?
