Hi Guys,
My son recently put new roll-hoops on his MX5 Mk3, although Mazda call them "Style Bars". He gave me the old ones and I have fitted them to my B. Have a look at the pictures.
I fastened the rear part of the bars onto the windbreak cross member and the outer, chrome half just clips in place. There was a bit of a gap at the bottom, so I made some leather trims cut from an old handbag my wife was throwing away. At least I think she was throwing it out!
I had to lower the position of the windbreak in order for the hoops to clear the rear window when the hood is going up and down - only just achieves this. I'm pleased with the result.

Just seems to be a little quieter, but I may be imagining it! Lots of comments from folk though, all say it looks good. I was lucky to get the basic hoops for free, but the chrome covers cost about £40. I'll be at Stanford Hall so hope to see some of you there.
