Technical OBD-II Software?

Yeah, doesn't connect. I think the HGT supported is a 2003 model with a different ECU (don't remember, software isn't in fornt of me). But yeah, the Brava 1.8 was the only on that would connect. Shame, because my cable was only £15, so we could have had a very cheap diagnostics system here.

BOSCH KTS & BOSCH ESI Software...I used it on my B.
One issue though...to connect to Airbag interface is NOT working, and I don't think they will release an update to cover that one.
Anyway if u want to try that software you can build a KTS interface :D, but u need some good electronics skills, the software u can find it on torrents.

Plenty of torrents here....

http://isohunt.com/torrents/?ihq=BOSCH+ESI unfortunatly this far exceedes my monthly download limit

All we need now is someone with an unlimited download limit that has a dvd writer and then someone that knows how to build the interface :chin:

We have some chaps in our avionics dept that i'm sure could build them (if they have a drawing of what to build).

Dont bother mate,

You would never be able to build an interface for the Bosch systems, it uses far too much proprietory hardware. The software downloads are usually for people who dont want to pay bosch for updated versions of the software.

It might be worth asking the author if he can add the stuff in for the Hitachi MCU or whatever it is, that what was in my old Euro 2 Punto HGT

Well I didn't said it would be easy :D
U can always buy the KTS interface, a second hand one.
The Bosch software u can find the latest on www.torrents.ru
U need to register there and use google translator to help u with russian language. There seem to be quite a lot of automotive software.
I have somewhere on my DVD's a diagram of KTS, I think.
