Sorry if this is not your cup of tea. I am after ideas and laughs.

I'll start.

I have just had the door openers removed from inside the car and fitted electronic openers to the centre console, I will smooth the door cards over soon to remove the holes. (TVR Style) IT's great when I ask people to get out.

Anyone top that for mad mods?

I would love a Barchetta Roadster like the mint green one...

hey, what about shaved doors with remote opening? in that case you do not need locking device. how to open a door after you press a button on remote? put a spring that will push a door to open.

Illegal in the UK. YOU have to have a way of opening the door manually. Also if you have the key in your pocket and open the door at the wrong time.

1st Photo is the door missing the handle (Will be re-trimmed soon)
2nd Photo shows the door opening button.

What are you doing on the internet at 10.20pm? You're a newly married man and should be, you know... doing the ironing.:D

Don't worry about the boot size. As long as you are not taking dinner suits and the like, god forbid, you will be amazed how much you can fit in with a bit of creative packing. We use our B to travel around France ( that's what we got it for) with no problems. Anyway, if the dear wife insist on lots of clothes being taken get a luggage rack.

Its not the boot size I would worry about. Having just got back from the Amalfi Coast I can say its the Italian drivers and scooters you need to worry about!

I would pack the boot not a case. Leave the case at home and fill up the boot.

Good idea. You know what girls are like - they're keen on changing their socks every week, whether they need to or not.

BTW: i notice also that boot is very good isolated, put some water bottle inside, drive over 400km in sun (roof down 'fcourse), and when i take out the bottle and it was not hot as in some other cars... so, if you add some layers of temp-proof material all over boot, you can have a fridge in boot.

You worry me.

That one sure beats a 'boom boom' box in the boot. 'Hey lads look at me..I converted the boot into a mobile deep freeze..'

Exits stage left pursued by bearded weirdies in white coats...

I guess that depends on where you live.... to me it sounds like a bloody good idea...

I've tried in vain to fit my chilly bin in the boot and it kinda upsets the girlfriend when she has to sit in the passenger seat with it on her knee..

Help! I see guys in white coats coming this way....
