Hi, new to this forum and the Barchetta. Just bought a 1995 B with leather trim and only 1.000 km!! Exhibition car - never used before :)

I had a Fiat X1/9 before and I feel a great difference in wind turbulence. I guess I need a winddeflector - but which model. I want simply the best model money can buy.

Preferable a deflector that can be folden in with the hood when not in use and which is easy to install.

Any recommendations ?

I have found these on the net, but need some users info...

* Crom Design
* KSM-Lemke

Would post links, but I am not allowed before I have made 5 posts....

Other brands or info on which is the BEST:D

THANKS in advance

- will post picture of my new B later....

regards, Peter

OK, so based on a few opinions the original is the best ?

Have anyone tried out the other brands ? I would like a completely new wind deflector for my "new" B.

Any experience with deflectors ? What to look for and what to avoid. I would like some that is easy to install and as stated in the original post - a deflector that can EASILY be folded down or removed when the weather is warm.

There must be a bunch of B-drivers with wind deflectors out there - what do you recommend ?

regards, Peter

Does anyone know if you can find / buy the deflector socket / holder separately? I have a screen but no fixings...as per the attached image on this thread.

Any help would be most appreciated.

John

My deflector came with the brackets. I've not seen any brackets being sold separately, but I guess it's not beyond the bounds of possibility.
