Technical Henk's Noise solution gizmo

I ve just finished fitting the wee gizmos.. my old ones were not broken but I thought I would check them out regardless... What I noticed was that there was a lot of wear and tear on the black rubbery things that go on the ends of the white plastic platfomrs.. any ideas of where I can get some more? Otherwise fitting them was easy thanks to Henk's guide, albeit I coulndt understand a word of the Dutch but the pics helped out! As expected, the real bitch of the hwole thing was adjusting the window.. A word of warning, do not over tighten the screws that the manual sais to tighten otherise they come off... not a nice feeling!!
I spent a good full hour trying to adjust the window untill I was fed up, so I undid all the screws and simply moved the window to where i wanted it and then tightened it.. a lot easier than doing one at a time!

Those rubbers ...hmm I think they are there only to make the windows stop smoother at the ends of the rail. Mine are also used...but u can try to put some rubber on the rail end or on the plastic part..I don't know glue it or something...;)
-Overtighten the screws:bang: did that it sucks...I had to weld there some other screw and to polish it.
- Aligning the window...pain in the. .....

i alligned the iwndows beautifully the other day... superb fit.. the weather turned a bit colder and the window was off again.. has this happened to anyone else?

Anyone needs all the dimension of the parts? here u have them
Not too much of MSpaint expert :D (not to mention autocad or something) but it should be enough. :p
