Nearly put a bid in for that offside front wing myself, after my 80+year old nieghbour tore into mine, however I've just been assured that it's easily pulled out. Bonus points now he's paying cash after getting full restoration cost, so no more stone chips on the front and the other little dent caused by a spent fire rocket is to be taken out. My only question would be, do I de badge the front?

I was at my dog agility class last night and while the instructor was explaining our next route round the jumps to us a lady in a huge new bmw pulled up for the next class. Now we have one row of parking spaces. I had parked about 4ft away from the nearest car and then there was nothing on the other side of me (you can see where this is going?!)
The BMW then parked about 1ft away from my car! With nothing on the other side of them.... I couldn't go over as it was my turn next but I was absolutely fuming. I saw her open her car door onto my b just before I had to set off round the course, then I got half way round and forgot where I was supposed to go next because I was so distracted. GRRRR!
As it happened there was not a mark left on my b but I made sure I checked thoroughly before leaving!

Mine collected a chip in the passenger door just after I bought it, went to Tesco lunchtime, parked well away from other cars, got back to it to find a large trolley resting against the side. I thought it was ok at first, moved the trolley away, noticed a small mark on the door, rubbed the mark and a chunk of paint fell off . Fortunately have black touch-up stick so built paint back up, now hardly noticeable. Also collected a fine scratch across the hard-top and boot-lid the same week, these have nearly polished out, but still annoying. Today went to Waitrose lunch-time, again parked well away from other cars, came back to find a car parked so close to driver's door that I couldn't get in, this also happens in the work car-park on a regular basis, unfortunately I am not small, or agile enough to get in through the passenger door.

did you notice that if you drive an old battered, dented and oil leaking banger, that people do NOT park close to you on a car park?
