LOL na the bloke who saved that Barchetta and painted it white did. I would not mind a set in black. LOL
like them any idea where i can get some ??
i think the guy bought a roll of red carpet, traced out all the parts in cardboard, and then had a local upholsterer cut and stitch them
that's a good idea i have someone local to me that could do that.thanks

Mats arrived today.

finally got the RF blinker fixed... (well... fixed... hmm), with the help of my sisters son (thinner arms then mine )
it turns out there was nothing wrong with the bulb at all, just the socket is bad, the connections and wires have gone rotten. Must have something to do with the pint of water that gushed out of the blinker housing when the guy pulled the socket/bulb out. :bang:
After some creative tinkering with a dremel there is just enough contact again to get the blinker working. But i'll have to go for a new wire/plug/socket at some point, cuz there is not a lot of metal left to ensure a lasting contact.
I'll get this sorted out when the bumper comes off, hopefully somewhere in the next few weeks, (AFTER the MOT this friday) and when the HIDs and various other LEDs will finally have arrived
The Infinity reference speakers should arrive this week :slayer:
I was bidding on a Becker radio, but i let it go, common sense tells me to hold on to my cash till i know the MOT results, as there may be some more important bits to replace
A SuperSprint exhaust is very much on the list, and depending on how they'll rate the suspension/drivetrain, some shocks and springs (and possibly bearings, CV-joints, ....) after all it is clocking up 80000 kms and is still sitting on its original suspension
But we'll know more after friday
Meanwhile, how they are going to help me get through the MOT at the end of the week, i do not know, but i've added mats to the B

yay, i got extra points from the doc for having clean door jams :slayer:
althou as far as clean is concerned, mine probably only reaches 10% of the docs... but we do our best. I'll try to get it completely clean and shiny by friday and hope there'll be some sunshine to take some pix.

You should always wash them when washing the rest of the car
