Quick question on the rear screen on the soft top, can anyone see through theirs or is all hazy like a steamed up window all the time?
Cheers

Mark

I can see through mine, a little less than perfect but by no means obscured.

I've heard the BMW cleaner is teh one to use but never got around to testing any of the PVC screen cleaners.

Unfortunately I now have two cracks one either side courtesy of the recent cold weather, -4C at the beginning of Dec.

Thanks for the replies.
Ive seen the cleaner on ebay for about £10.
I dont think I have ever been able to see out the rear window:bang:
Ill have to try something on it. Was thinking of just replacing it but this way may be cheap.
Cheers

LRB. I Will be going shopping in the next day or 2. I was planning to bring enough for 3 or 4 windows. not sure of how many people need a new rear screen or the current price... everything has gone up in price here in the last year...

The last time I had a window replaced was in a Suzuki Vitara about 2 years ago and it was about BD2 / window installed (approx £2.70)

Will visit a few places on my days off and see what they charge now for material only and let U know....

I am still coming back to the uk in Feb and will bring it with me and drop / post it to you.
