Technical LHD/RHD Headlight and speedo swap anyone?

I have just bought a uk 'b',but as I live in france,I would like lhd headlights,and a kmh speedo.Does anyone have these on their car,and want to do a straight swap for rhd lights and mph speedo? My car will have done about 40000miles by Feb,when I come to the uk,so I would be looking for a speedo around 60-70000 kilometers.Here's hoping.Paul
