Mmmm.... I just got my B tonight and got all 4 keys with it but when reading the owners manual found out that there should have been a card with a code included.... I didn't get this code.... is this the code that we are talking about??

As far as I can see there is no alarm fitted, just the usual immobiliser and according to the manual some wierd and wonderfull way of putting in an emergency code..??

UK models don't get the code card due to insurance reasons. You have to get the code from a dealer if you need it.

Hello, Maybe Im a bit stupid from drinking to much Danish Carlsberg, but If there any chance that I could trade my ugly car key with the remote as plastic sidekick to, a key with all integrated??
Any links for a key like that, I have all the nessary codes,,,,

A few years later later wondering the same thing (question above). The rubber bits that attach the fob to the key ring are on their last legs as are the batteries and if I need to replace them I'd rather get an all-in-one job?

Just buy this off ebay and have a flip-key. I bought mine for 4€ excl transport and it works like a charm; The kit even comes with matching fiat keys
I have even my boot opener wired to it.

The kit is without the door motors, so you will have to buy them serperatly. It doen't mater what make they are.
There are 2 kind of door motors, the masters (5pins) and the slaves(2pins).
You need to get hold of 2 slaves or 3 if you want the boot to open. 2 masters will do too.

I had mine from an previously bought central locking.

The add sais you have to order some fiat blanks too for a couple of bucks. I didn't and it arrived with fiat and peugeot blanks. Even a useless specific fiat barchetta instalation manual.
Even a red led is in the kit. I hooked this up to the original led in the astray. It now looks the car has an alarm when its locked.

If you want you can make the windows to close or open with the remote. But I haven't done this yet.

I see the kit is allready priced €25. just take a look at his other items; he mostly has 3 of the same adds at the time. If not just wait a couple of days. Don't spend more then €10!
