I looked it up before and the hardware is the correct one for the B.

Did anyone ever get this working?

I think we now know why Fiat charge extortionate rates for this as nobody else can do it.

I've never yet found an independent who can fully read out the ECU from the B. Even if they manage the engine ECU they can't do the airbag or aircon.

Either buy a new car which you can fiddle with or pick up the soap down your 'friendly' dealer..!

If you have a Sykes Pickavant ACR4 and the Fiat multi-application pod it will read ecus, airbags and ABS. They don't come cheap, although prices are falling due to being superceded by new kit from SP.

True but few and far between on this side of the sea. Engine builder who did my coupe conversion had all the gear but charges similar rates to Fiat. Difference appears to be that they understand what they are doing. Fiat seem to employ Apes in overalls who's speciality is greasy paw prints over the seats. Final time Fiat had my B they had the boot open..smelt like the chief ape had taken a **** in it...

If you hadn't noticed I'm off Fiat for removing my HID conversion without asking and then only fitting 1 bulb. 'Workshop closed at 4.30 mate and they didn't have time to finish...'

What the hell did they remove the hids for?

BOSCH KTS & BOSCH ESI Software...I used it on my B.
One issue though...to connect to Airbag interface is NOT working, and I don't think they will release an update to cover that one.
Anyway if u want to try that software you can build a KTS interface , but u need some good electronics skills, the software u can find it on torrents.
