Hi, I did mine with a pair of long nose pliers

And this is my caliper kit, cost me around the £70-80 mark cannot quite remember:)

Had to laugh at you guys and your 'my toolbox is bigger than yours' competition :eek: I can safely say that mine doesn't compete . . . in fact, mine is non-existent. Does this make me a complete Forum heathen???
 
Perfect, well that's OK then! Am I allowed to have a nice mechanic friend who is happy to do it all for me?? Sadly for a fee of course . . . :cry:
 
At the risk of wandering even further off-thread, I'm tempted to ask which is the more important - the size of one's toolbox or the frequency with which it is used. (y)

Going back to the cheapie Draper cube-type thingie, a post on the Stilo technical page suggests that it works OK on Stilo rear discs, so I might give it a go - it's worth the risk at only £6.99, & if it's useless, there's always ebay. :)
