How hard is it to remove all 4 brake calipers in order to clean and paint them?
Any special points that need attention? like bleeding?
Any recommendations for pads and disks?

What is the largest tire size you can fit the B without ANY MODS?
For example I m on 195/50/15 but for my needs the profile is too low.(yeah its is..) Could I go for 205/50/15 or 205/55/15 for example?

Please keep in mind that I do not want to add any spacers and stuff and my OZ alloys are ET 37!

Best regards to all!

Taking the calipers off the car is a simple job that will only take an hour and anyone could do this with a few tools.

I replaced all my brake hoses a few months ago and it was no big deal.

If you have OEM shocks and springs on your B, I would not go with low-pro tyers as it will make your B look like its sitting well above the 15" alloys. The wheel arch will look really big with such a small wheel and tyer.

Not a good look that.

As for the brake calipers I will definately need to remove them cause they need endless hours of sanding to get all the dirt off and then paint them. Thanks for the advice of this.

As for the tyres, i think i was missunderstood. I want to fit a FATTER prifile. want to make the diameter even bigger! now i have 195/50/15 and would like to go to 205/50/15 to make the distance between the rim of the alloy and the tarmac bigger. so what is the max tyre diameter of a wheel that would fit in the B. i.e, i think someone said he is on 215/40/17 which is huge compared to mine!
