As Fiat Lancia and Alfa share a common centre bore of 58.1mm, and in four bolt pattern 98PCD then these fit on Fiats, as demonstarted by Jamie86 Turbo cinq. these are not mine before anyone asks, just came across them on related search.
They will for Centos require 10mm spacers at front only if they have offset (ET) of 35mm, or if its 40mm then 15mm front 5mm rear the same set up as Fiat themselves did on the Seicento Abarths fitted with 14" wheels 36mm ET 10mms spacers at front only which are IIRC £36 from Fiat, though you can buy other makes for around the same price, Fiat will get them in 48 hours tho if you are close to a dealer.

Would need a decent tyre fitted like 185/50 14 as those ones are too tall.
Aaron.
