I spent a hour wrestling with the airbox, I thought it was like some sort of chinese puzzle and it would come out if I got it in the right possition.

Wrong, you have to take the wheel off, the wing liner out, then remove it. I will get it out in the next few days but could you post a pic of the other bits I cant identify them. :p

The engine should be going so I'll have a gearbox out....

right, borrowed pic of robs engine bay :p

red outline is the plastic cover, undo those 2 screws then you can see the airbox i been (one of), you need to then undo the battery and remove (12mm), then undo the 2x 10mm bolts holding it in.

the pipe is held by 3 jubilee clips, should be hard to remove, i have outlined it with blue.

as for hte airbox i thought you just undid the lid and it came out the top? i havent got that far as i cant undo mine.

Cheers,
Ryan (y)

nope, just the lid and filter come out through the top. unless you want to get rid of the airbox alltogether its out down through the wheel arch as there is no way of getting it out through the engine bay other than a hammer or other forceful distructive impliment

re the polys, how much do you have in mind for them? and would you consider selling outside of ebay?
