Anyone with a non-turbo Uno (mk1 AND mk2) wanting to stop the front end rolling all over the place (!) would benefit from fitting one of these. I fitted one to my 45S, and it really did stop it rolling and made the car so much flatter in corners. Just as effective as fitting stiffer springs, but you get to keep the ride quality (y) Unlike harder springs that make your teeth fillings fall out

I fitted a mk2 roll bar to a mk1, and as far as I know they are the same whether mk1 or mk2.

Just make sure you get the rear-most track control arm brackets with it, as these are necessary to get it to fit to a Uno WITHOUT a roll bar already fitted. These are also unobtainable according to my muppet Fiat dealer.

Check with the seller that it includes:

2 x end brackets/ bushes
2 x inner brackets/ bushes
2 x track control arm/ anti-roll bar 'L' brackets (v. important).

Don't worry about the bushes if they are worn. They can be replaced cheaply and easily by Superflex polyurethane bushes which last longer.

I have a thread with pictures somewhere in the Uno section detailing the fitting of a roll bar to my Uno if anyone wants to see what is required. It's actually quite easy to fit, just a bit awkward.
