Low mileage (53K) with a service history.

Might need a little bit of attention underneath judging by the last MOT advisories

surface corrosion some brake pipes
o/s outer sill weak
floor pans weak/corrosion
inner sills weak/corrosion
front brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened (3.5.1i)
both rear shock absorbers slightly weak
slight play in rear radius arms
front tyres cracking
front and rear suspension components corrosion

lol perhaps he has bolts made of cheese.....? prob cross-threaded all the bolts at some point and chewed up the hubs, thats my bet anyway.

I've read of lousy seats / seating position at least twice..,

I recall the British Association Of Osteopaths..or similar
giving the punto's drivers seat a "Highy Commended" when it was launched back in the mid-90's

did they make it up.. or have things come on SO MUCH in the past two decades

makes you wonder..!!

might be wrong but I'm pretty sure they're not 'alloy wheels' haha

looks tidy enough though
