1994 L reg mk1 punto, one lady owner from new and only 63k miles.

This must be one of the first puntos!

5 door red and they are looking for a grand total of £200

It is "one of the first" L was the first release of the mk1 and they were still selling the uno along side the new punto

Indeed:)

It actually looks good, those seats are from a decent spec.. but often the "launch" cars ARE at the top of the spec:cool:

TBH - IF it was within an hour I'd be trying to make contact..

But I'll keep looking for an unmolested Sei Sporting in the meantime.,

If you want to make your car go faster, but don't want to paint it red, you could just put stripes on it instead. Side stripes work, but better still are wide stripes over the top from front to back!

This would make sense as I was told by Fiat that my L Reg Uno might have been one of the last models made as they then switched to the Punto later that year.

He also explained that that was why my flywheel and clutch etc was 180mm Punto and not 170mm Uno as they started using Punto parts to satisfying remaining orders when they ran out of original Uno gearboxes etc.

Not sure how much truth there was to this story but it sounds good :)

MOST Uno finished at M reg but there were a FEW on the N reg ( 1995 into ' 96)

IIRC the early Punto's had a reputation for eating gearboxes..at least that's what the buyers guides of the time said.. that and the £700 lock sets of course ( start of Immob. seecurity) 1 RED Master and 2 x Blue Slave keys
