Ah yes, the seller is in coocoo land with that, suspect they're wondering why it hasn't sold despite being listed for over 6 months.

Rare doesn't mean valuable, soooo many special editions, dealer editions with Panda's - I had a Sky - colour coded bumpers and twin sunroofs but was bought quite cheaply despite only two remaining.
You'd have to be a very rich/stupid/desperate for the full set to pay that money for any panda.
