Not enough pictures of the damage! No picture from the front, but the rest of the car looks quite tidy.

Although the description says it's "only done 134,000 miles" :what: when the info above states 136k?!

And I doubt that the "wing will repair"

Hi Guys,

I've researched this car quite a lot over the past couple of weeks and I'm very tempted to buy and restore the car to as new a condition as possible.

I've just done a full check and the corrosion notes on past MOT's concern me, I have a major OCD issues with cars when I start to restore them, could someone perhaps take a look and let me know your thoughts?

Thanks and Hi by the way :)

Nick.

Hi Nick,

The corrosion points may or may not be a problem, it all depends on how bad they were in the first place and how well they have been repaired. If they have just been patched for the MOT, which is most likely in my opinion, then you problably need to be realistic and expect that the car will need further attention in the next few years, ideally done properly, not just some more patches!

It's impossible to say any more than that without seeing the car, ideally up on a ramp so a proper assesment can be made of its structural condition.

If you are looking for a car to restore to as new I think it is a good base to start from as it was a very tidy car when owned by Richard who was a moderator on here and still looks to be very good. Richard knew Pandas inside out and looked after it very well.

Shame it's not you mate as you sounded like genuine buyer and the new owner seems to be complete #@$%.
Sorry but claiming that he runs an automotive repair / restoration bussiness and strugling to source mk2 headlamp or front bumper is a joke!!!

But why can't I get the parts yesterday just like I can for a Ford Focus
