Looks like a bit of a bargain!

That looks like the Uno that was on eBay a few weeks ago for £600. I think it was in Merseyside. The picture looks like a screen grab from the eBay listing rather than a photo of the car, vague description and I have never ever trusted Gumtree.

I would at least insist on cash on collection unless it's yours in that case £350 would buy a pretty decent camera.
