Spotted this fella underneath: http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C649536 restored by owain126 and won a prize at Mitcar last year. Gorgeous car and if one is going to get £7k that's it. Awful lot of money though. Now if that Brewer chap sees it he might realise where he went wrong!

The worst car I ever bought was a mk1, just awful, rotten, unreliable, overheated, no power.

Had to get two doors and a bonnet to get through its mot - and this was in 1995!

Mind you I only paid £150 for it and when the clutch went I had it towed to the garage and traded it in for £300.

I like to see them about but I'm scarred by ownership experience. Ahhhh

having driven a seat marbella with the 903cc engine i can say that when they are running perfectly, they give the 999cc fire engine a good run for there money!
i really like the 903cc engine. maybe a little more than the fire..
