Its a replament Filter. IE you take yor old box out completely. and fix it directly onto the throttle body. Dont know on a price, whats you offer.

Will be fne with yours mate, had it fitted to my 52 plate seicento, only used for about 1000 miles. as new.

Comes complete with cold air feed. in original box.
