this is REALLY annoying me!

heres me looking high and low for a good panda near me, and you people are getting rid of reasonable cars left, right and goddam centre! !!!!!

from pics "AsBo" look quite a clean car, and yet your gonna scrap him cuz you want the roofrack! or cuz it might need some work for an MOT

AsBo isn't that clean, I'm sure Jim won't mind me saying that. Also, he's a Selecta, so it's only a matter of time before he goes pop...

Pretty much that's it... He's something we drive everyday (Alan uses him to take on the belfast commute) The basic shell is good but it needs work done on the injector system (expensive, ask christopher!) and both doors are rotten (could be patched with work but time conusming or expensive to replace) and what would worry me is that after blowing 600 quid on the thing the springs and mice that run the gearbox go pop.

I don't mind throwing money at juppy but that's cause I've really taken to him and Alan's got his Mx5 to play with and we'll need something else as a daily runner that looks smart, is really cheap to run. Oh and has to be a Fiat!

Might buy another panda thou, hehe!

No, Stu the NIIMC club head honcho thought it would be a shame to take all the graphics off it as its a good ad for the club so he's going to get it and use it for promo work...

Like today I took it to a classic car show and parked it near the pedestrain entrance and it was getting loads of attention!



Long term I'd like to take him on hols next year too (to Asia) and if anyone wants to go with me to a FLU meet in the US sometime and make him the worlds most traveled panda.... But he has to make it back from morocco first!!!
